Kolkata Fashion Expo, the fruit of our endless effort, took birth in 2015 in the very soil of Kolkata. There’s nothing hidden from you about Kolkata Fashion Expo. Throughout these years, we have been able to bring close to you fashion and its colorful wings. But there’s a story worth knowing.
KFE is the brainchild of one of the most creative minds that Kolkata has ever seen, Mr. Kamal Pugalia. The steps to make it grand and successful were not easy. Our road to success always means your satisfaction. Keeping this in mind, we had to make sure that KFE would be the one and only umbrella for the greatest B2B fashion event in the country. Our first endeavour was to sustain and excel our ethnic culture through apparels for which India is world-famous. We had to excavate and find out the most inventing manufacturers around the country – some of them were already recognized and some of them were about to be in the limelight for creating jaw-dropping ethnic designs. We have always believed that together we can transcend the boundaries of success and today with a collaborative effort and determination, KFE has crossed the threshold of success and with each event, we are able to meet some of the greatest fashion minds in the country and abroad and quench their ultimate thirst for ethnic fashion culture.
KFE was never about only business event but we knew that our guests – manufacturers, buyers, wholesalers, fashion patrons- must expect more from us. So, we sculptured the whole event with great decor, exquisite fashion show, especially curated stalls of ethnic apparels, exhibition arena, felicitations. While KFE had been decorated extravagantly, visitors had applauded our effort to create such unique fashion event for Indian traditional ethnic wear. Needless to say, we were overjoyed to have such overwhelming response and we realized we had been able to respond the call of every fashionista in the country through KFE. Thus, our zeal for creating even more erupted and we haven’t stopped since then. Our newest edition of KFE 2018 took place in Hyderabad and the response was louder than ever.
With each KFE event, we aim to achieve more and deliver more. The participants in this grandest stage are also worth praising for they employ their artistry throughout the year to produce extraordinary illustrations of Indian ethnic culture. Presence of B Town Celebrities like Akshay Kumar, Ileana D’Cruz, Esha Gupta, Gauhar Khan has greatly inspired us in our quest to become the most prestigious platform for showcasing the Indian Ethnic Wear Culture.
